Ill have to start with, it sucks other peoples experiences with this product is bad. Now I will say its heavy with 2 batteries. If u have a gimbal & camera, this isnt for you. But for me im using the fatshark attitude set up with it for the FPV. I have no camera set up. But in decent wind for a drone and hauling a*# I timed it art 18:46. Thats pretty damn good in my book. The wires were correct (not reversed) and it worked FOR ME exactly how it was supposed to!

Ordered these hoping to acquire a few minutes more flying time. I figured it would take about three weeks since this was being shipped from China but to my surprise it arrived in only 9 days. This is a very well put together product and only took me 10 minutes to install. My flight time with camera mounted is now extended to 17 min. I highly recommend this to anyone trying to squeeze extra flight time out of their Phantom

Not that you're going to run dual battery on your Phantom but I use this plate to mount the battery on the back and my gimbal on the front so the weight balances by those two. So far, it's working great. That's it! dual battery setup waste of space dead weight. get 3000 or 4000 mah battery and mount it on the back. replace your 8 inch props to 9 inch dji props. You will then get some serious flying time out of phantom.

I'm using these mounting plates with two 3s 2700mah batteries. I liked the idea of mounting them on the outside as the 2700 barely fits inside the phantom, so mounting one inside and one on the bottom wasn't the best idea. The plates themselves are very light. I didn't weigh them before installing but with my Phantom fully loaded with both batteries, I weigh in at 1470g. This is about the maximum weight for the Phantom. In addition to this set, I have the Zenmuse h3-2d gimbal with GoPro Hero 3+, 9" Carbon Props, Boscam 400mw 5.8Ghz Tx, and upgraded T-Motor Antigravity motors. I have run a number of tests and I get 13 - 14 minutes flight time depending on how I fly. To respond to the comments that indicated their flight characteristics changed when they added a second battery, of course! When adding items to the phantom that add weight or modify the center of gravity you will see the flight characteristics change. What you must do is use the Naza assistant and modify the gains to account for the added weight. This will fix the problems that those other reviewers described. Mine flies great and I shoot fantastic video.
