I have wanted a mincer for a while now as my hobby is cooking and I am really exited I bought this one. I was extremely impressed when opening the box and found that it had 3 separate mincing blades which allow for different textures, course, medium and fine attachments for sausage making and an attachment for making kibbe, which is a stuffed meat dish something I have never tried but looking forward to now. The main body of the machine is a lovely compact square shape which makes for easy storage, it has a compartment for storing the electrical cable so it's not in the way when put away, it has a compartment for storing the blades and the kibbe attachments. All of the parts that come into contact with the food are stainless steel or plastic which are easily cleaned and hygienic. The mincer section comes apart so makes for very easy cleaning. The tray that feeds the food in is made from easily cleaned stainless steel. It has a fast and a slow button, a reverse action button which stops anything getting stuck and ensures you get everything out of the mincer so there is no waste. I have tried it out today by mincing some beef to make homemade beef burgers and am so looking forward to trying out sausages and pate. There are so many different flavours you can add and you will know exactly what has gone into them. This machine comes with extremely easy to understand instructions and I know this is going to be a very welcome addition to my kitchen.

Used it to make bologna spread, grinding smoked beer summer sausage and some perky bread and butter pickles. Cleaned up easily. Is loud, but got the job done.

Works great

When I opened the box I was kind of skeptical. I looks cheaply made and I did not have high hopes. I cut up a chuck roast and ground it into hamburger meat. It worked great! Fast, smooth, not as noisy as I had read it was. It was a little difficult to clean up in spots but all in all very pleased with it.

Okay, in the spirit of full disclosure, this Homgeek Electric Meat Grinder was chosen primarily because it is red. My wife is crazy about red and she picked it out. Never heard of Homgeek before. But the other reviews were favorable and the price was reasonable. We use it to take advantage of bulk size meat prices and make our own leaner ground meats. We grind-in onions and bell peppers and seasonings along with the meat and make the most delicious meatballs and patties. Leftover corned beef and potatoes make the best hash, and without all the grease you get in the canned hash. We haven't tried the sausage attachment yet, but plan to soon. It works great and is easy to use and clean. We highly recommend it.

 We purchased this Homgeek Electric Meat Grinder Mincer Sausage Maker because we want to making Chinese-style sausage at home and also start to mince meat by ourselves for more control on our foods as we have kids (It is very difficult to know exactly what's really inside prepackaged goods). We don't need a commercial grade machine but we do need something that's easy to use, store, and clean up. The package contains Electric Meat Grinder, 3 x Steel Cutting Plates (coarse, medium, fine), Stainless Steel Cutting 3-Blade Knife, Head, Fixing Ring, Food Pusher, Filling Plate, Kubbe Attachment, Sausage Maker Attachment, and User Manual. The Head came as pre-installed and ready for mincing meat so I just had to put 3 parts together to start using the machine: 1. connect Head and Electric Meat Grinder together. 2. Secure the Head by tightening it with a screw on the side. 3. Install Filling Plate onto the Head. 4. Connect power cord from Electric Meat Grinder to AC outlet and start using the machine. Be sure to always pushing the meat down using the included Food Pusher instead of own hands to avoid accidents. The Electric Meat Grinder machine comes with 2 storage compartments, one on top and the other on the back. The top storage compartment can store Kubbe Attachment plus 2 Steel Cutting Plates and the back storage is used for power cords. The 4 buttons on the Electric Meat Grinder machine are "STOP&RESET", "ON", "HALF", "REVERSE". The Head is pretty flexible and can be changed into "Meat Mincing" , "Sausage Maker", "Kubbe Maker" Modes. Please see my video for a walk-through. So far we have tried to mince meat with the machine and will be using it to make sausage soon. It worked well to grind/mince meat and it took about a minute to finish mincing 3 pounds of meat. The clean up process is not too bad as most parts can be dissembled for cleaning. NOTE: - It's stated in the manual that the max operating time per session for the machine is 10 mins and enough time should be given to cool down the machine.

This is an excellent product at a reasonable price. My wife likes to make sausage, like her family made in China. I watched her make it by hand, carefully cutting the pork and making the sausage meat. When it came time to stuff the sausage, she had to devise her own method. She cut the bottom off a 16 ounce soda bottle and pushed the meat into the casing that way. OMG! I saw this and realized, I need to get her a meat grinder that can also help her cut up the meat and stuff the casings properly. I did some research by looking at each of the grinders on Tomtop. She was adamant that she didn't want me spending a lot of money. So we gradually narrowed down all the grinders we saw on Tomtop and settled on this one. Setup was easy. It's plenty powerful for her use, but took a little getting used to. Once she got the hang of how it worked, the meat flowed into the casing FAR easier then her previous soda-bottle method. The motor volume is a bit loud, but that's probably standard for any meat grinder and not a problem at all. We do have to give special notice to the vendor, OrchardRoad. Our grinder was missing two of the grinding blades. We called Tomtop, but had the best experience dealing directly with the vendor. They are honest people who are genuinely concerned that each customer is happy with their purchase. OrchardRoad promptly sent out a new unit, and Tomtop provided a postage-paid label for the return of the old unit. The missing blades wasn't a problem caused by OrchardRoad, but they were excellent to deal with and did everything they could to ensure our purchase was a good one, regardless of the missing blades. Customer service is sometimes as important as the product itself. So we thank them for the excellent experience! If you're looking for a good meat grinder at a reasonable price, we definitely recommend this one.
