This meter can select ranges automatically to test capacitor ESR, capacitance and low resistance. It uses constant current charging to calculate the capacitance and ESR.

Features:
Auto-ranging testing, digital LCD backlight display, easy for readings.
Can test capacitor ESR, capacitance and low resistance with high accuracy.
Using constant current charging to calculate the capacitance and ESR.
4 ranges of charging current from 100uA to 50mA.
ESR measurement: 0-470Ω, capacitance range is 0μF-470mF.
Can measure the capacitor is bad/damaged or good in condition.
Built-in 3.7V 1200mAh rechargeable lithium ion battery, with 5V micro USB interface.

Notice: 
Before measuring capacitance, the capacitor must be discharged, otherwise very likely damage the meter.
It doesn't support IN CIRCUIT Testing.
This meter can measure low resistance, but can't be used for wire wound resistor.
