Multi-functional transistor tester for automatic detection of NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors or other devices. Easy and convenient to operate.

Features:
The display is 128*64 LCD with backlight.
Powered by 9V battery(not included).
All components are protected by a plastic case, convenient to carry.
Automatically detect NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors or other devices.
Automatically test the pins of a component and display on the LCD.
Measure the gate threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET.
Measure bipolar transistor current amplification factor and base-emitter threshold voltage.
Two-button operation, automatic shutdown to avoid unnecessary waste.
Short detection time: only 2 seconds. It is normal to cost 1 minute for bulk capacitor detection.

Please make sure that capacitors are discharged before testing.

    Everybody interested in electronic circuits should have one. care needs to be taken entering the leads of the component into the tester otherwise unable to read value. but great little unit particularly good for caps,resistors and unmarked components.

    Seems to work ok. There are no instructions (not really necessary except it comes with parts that are not explained) so not sure I'm getting the best from it.

    This is a good product and very useful. It would be improved by including instructions but it is not too hard to work out how to use it.
