I can not find a way to change it to Fahrenheit. It is a British product. But I have tried a couple different combinations with no luck. You can always convert it to F. (C * 9/5) + 32

Thanks for asking !Good question! No, you can not measure 3 or 4 wire together, you have to use a line splitter to separate them to measure each one at a time.
