It works well enough as a case for the drone. Its construction reminds me of the padded lunchboxes I used in elementary school. However, as stated in reviews of the standalone guard ring, it sheared off some insulation from the motor wires. It also adversely affects flight performance and battery life, and the propellers are more durable then I thought (you can get 50 of them for like 5 bucks anyway), so I won't be using it.
