This system was perfect for my home and easy to install. The menu and local set up are very user friendly. I had some issues getting the local web access and remote access set up, but I was able to get right through to customer support, and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this system and would purchase another.

Just moved into our new home and installed cameras and they are great!! Just what we expected!! I called Amcrest support to help me install the cameras onto my iPad and iPhone and Louis was a great help he instructed me on everything that I needed to know and will now be able to monitor while we are away from home. I highly recommend this product!!

excellent system, I messed with installation couple of hours due to my attic. The system gives you immediately pictures of all cams. I set up cellphones to monitor cams when I am not at home. There is a free app, amcrest view lite. If you install a system like this, you MUST hide the DVR or a burglar will take it along with the other stuff and you would get burned twice.

I just purchased this system and I'm so happy with it. I was having some problems setting it up so I called tech support spoke to Chris and he was wonderful. He walked me through everything. The cameras picture so clear and the quality is top notch. Nothing cheap about this system. I would recommend this product to everyone. Thank you again Chris for your help.

This has been one of the easiest installations I have ever done. I had to contact support to try and get my cameras set up to see on my laptop and the rep went above and beyond to help me out. They are there 24/7 and that's huge in my book. This is class A "support". Thanks !

Cameras were relatively easy to get up and running. The user interface could be laid out a little better, but the clarity and feature set is top notch. I would definitely look into a professional installation unless you are really good with hiding a bunch of wires all over your home. The cameras came very well packed. As others have stated.......test all the cameras BEFORE you install them. So far, i love my 8 camera system.

At full resolution you will only get 11 days of 24 hour coverage. I wish it was more but we need to see every detail. But, the clarity of this camera video system is incredible. Cameras 12 feet away and we can still zoom in on a license plate. We can zoom in to see a serial number on a $20.00 bill. The quality is very good. It's like watching tv. I have purchased two of these. And plan to purchase many more for our other businesses to replace our older systems. I did purchase my first one directly from their website, cause it was a little cheaper with the coupon code they send with the email newsletter. I have purchased 5 different brands of camera systems over the years, this is the only one we love.

Absolutely a great system!!! Very user friendly, rich in functionality, great quality and great value for the money. I purchased the 720P, 8 camera system and have had it installed now for over a month and it has far exceeded my expectations!!! I installed the entire system myself in one day and if you have any basic A/V knowledge – everything is very easy to get up and running. Can’t say enough good things about this system!!!

I am thrilled with the quality and simplicity of this product. I replaced the single camera I had in place at my front door previously. Everything worked right out of the box, though I eventually called the tech help desk and they were extraordinarily patient in walking me thru steps needed to port forward - In the end, I didn't need the port forward option because the phone app works so well! If you don't buy this for the product specifications, buy it for the great customer service!!

Shipped quickly. Set up could be made simpler with a quick set up section in a very technical manual. I gave it 5 stars as the cameras are very clear and the tech support has been tops with Sohaib, the technician, being very patient with this 84 year old man. This system has a large array of features that does require a lot of careful study to fine tune the cameras and system. Definitely worth your consideration.

It was easy to install, the set up instructions are detailed and I was able to get the cameras working and recording. Setting up the internet connection was difficult and documentation is missing the step by step method, regardless of the youtube video instructions. It must be linked to your home network prior to getting a IPhone app to work.

I did a lot of research before buying this unit and am very happy with the quality and the setup was easy. the service line also is great since I've had a few questions since I purchased the unit. I bought an audio cord so I could hear audio in addition to the video. Audio only works on one camera location. I had some young vandals come to my house shortly after installing these cameras and I called the police and showed them the pictures. They found the two vandals nearby and the camera images were so clear the police asked what brand of cameras I had.

Everything is good, system is installed and working fine. This is not a plug and play set up, there are some tricky parts getting everything configured to work with your wifi, I'm still not able to get into the system on my laptop from a remote location, I'll need to make a phone call to tech support. iPhone app works pretty good. There are some things you need to be aware of with the night vision, if the cameras are parallel to the side of your house the IR LEDS will wash out the camera and everything will be pitch dark.
