3. How long dose it take to have my orders shipped after the payment is made?

4. What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.
If this has happened, please follow these steps:

If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact TOMTOP immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to TOMTOP in order for us to send out a new piece.
 

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you can ask for us. Every product has a specific warranty period(If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
The photos of original TOMTOP package with front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

    I needed to upgrade my present surveillance system, which I had for 4 years. I waited a long time and was searching all the time for the right mix of price and features. Just wasn't happy with what was out there. I purchased this and installed it, and I must say I have been very happy with the results. Everything is easy, and I didn't even have to run new cables. Packaging is also great. The wide-view cameras are a great plus, covering a lot more area than previous cameras. I now have overlapping coverage, which is fantastic.Support is great too. Speedy response. I have since purchased 2 more 8-cam units for other locations.Highly recommended.

    I bought it, because I wanted to prevent housebrakings, so I mounted the cameras outside the house. And even after a few month they just work fine, even if there was a lot of snow and rain! Very practical is the possibility to have remote view from smartphones and PC's. And even the software is very good!

    Benjamin Ward answered my call this morning to the Amcrest tech support line. His patience with my questions was outstanding. After the call I now feel I have a much better understanding of how the Amcrest products work. Our system was installed only a few days ago. The manual is very complete, but a little too complete for someone like me who doesn't like to read instructions. Thankfully Amcrest has someone like Benjamin on staff. He went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy all of our questions. So far we are very satisfied with the Amcrest products, service and our installer too, Jonathan Balmos, was equally as customer service oriented and supportive.

    high quality video feed. simple hook ups. the only thing we had minimal trouble with was figuring out the app to watch via our smart phone. Shipping was a pain but was no fault of the shipper. UPS delivered the package to a house a few streets over from my house. I was home with the window blinds open waiting for the package and never saw a UPS truck. A person who identified herself as a supervisor claimed to "Put a trace" on the truck and stated that the truck was on my street when the package was delivered. Amazon was contacted when no ground was made with UPS and after some approval Amazon began to ship a new set to me at no charge. That afternoon the family that had received my package dropped it off at my house and I canceled the replacement.

    This system was perfect for my home and easy to install. The menu and local set up are very user friendly. I had some issues getting the local web access and remote access set up, but I was able to get right through to customer support, and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this system and would purchase another.

    Just moved into our new home and installed cameras and they are great!! Just what we expected!! I called Amcrest support to help me install the cameras onto my iPad and iPhone and Louis was a great help he instructed me on everything that I needed to know and will now be able to monitor while we are away from home. I highly recommend this product!!

    Great product. Would like to have had a "quick start" instruction sheet on operating the DVR player to review video. The user manual print is so small and the pictures are not very clear making it hard to read.

    This is a great quality camera for a great value! Not only did it sync up perfectly with my iPhone, but if I had any questions at all customer service was there to help. You won't be able to find such a clear and high quality camera system for this price anywhere else!

    I just purchased this system and I'm so happy with it. I was having some problems setting it up so I called tech support spoke to Chris and he was wonderful. He walked me through everything.     It is worth it ! Product is as describe. I bought this to record my front door and yard, and the HD video is really good. Don't buy the 960H version, not worth it, 720P is perfect. My only complaint i have is that the fan in the dvr is loud, i read in other reviews that this can be replace, but it is really not a big deal.

    Absolutely a great system!!! Very user friendly, rich in functionality, great quality and great value for the money. I purchased the 720P, 8 camera system and have had it installed now for over a month and it has far exceeded my expectations!!! I installed the entire system myself in one day and if you have any basic A/V knowledge – everything is very easy to get up and running. Can’t say enough good things about this system!!!

    Great product and great service! I was having some challenges with the remote web access but called support and was connected to Walter within about 30 seconds. I was actually surprised that they answered that quickly. He walked me through some changes and got everything working properly. I rely on customer reviews like this when making a purchase and purchased this product because it had good reviews overall. I am not disappointed.

    Easy to setup. Very good picture. Night picture using IR is also better than I was expecting. I'm using with app on my ipad to view the cameras and found this very straightforward to setup and connected first time.

    I have owned many security systems in the past for my properties and I have to say that I love this one the most by far. It is extremely reliable as the cameras are connected thru a wire so there is no drop in signal or images. It is also connected to my phone so that I can see what is going on at all time when I am away. I would definitely recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a quality system that will do the job the way you want it to be done.

    HD quality was a huge upgrade over out old system. Old wires didn't work with new system, oh well its better to run all new wires for quality anyways.

    After some initial problems trying to set it up, Carlos Barletta in customer service was amazing and spent all the time needed to correct the problem and double-check all my settings. I love my 1080P WiFi camera so much I will probably buy another one.
