    This car camera is awesome. So easy to use. I love it. Quick set up no problems. I just used a memory card I had laying around and it works the picture is perfect. I can see the licence plate. I was worried about that. The sound is awesome too. my daughter wants to use it for her own private web diary. I guess the kids are doing that now. lol I will buy another one for the other car. I will also recommend to my family and friends. **I received this product with a promotional discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.     so far so good...this is my 3rd one I use within a year, the quality of the video seems to be affected by the sun (lol). As I mentioned, so far so good - does the job.Only time will tell.

     HD version of video on YouTube search for: Kilgore A88 Easiest dashcam I've ever installed. Right out of the box, just popped in a micro-SD chip (not included), stuck to window, plugged into lighter outlet, and it was working right off. I changed date/time later for record keeping purposes. What I loved was how, right out of the box, the default is to start recording when you start your car, stop recording when you stop. You can change a lot of the settings but if you're lazy like me, after the SD chip and date/time set, this is ready to go. Default menus out of the box were in English. Heads up: the lens has a barely noticeable blue film cover. Taking it off does increase video quality. I do have to admit that license plates are only clear when close up and in good light. At 720p while moving without tweaking any settings, that's pretty standard. Since this does hog the lighter outlet, if you use that to charge devices via USB cables like I do, you should probably invest in a dual lighter outlet thingy. 5 out of 5 stars for being accurately described and easy to install and use. Manufacturer gave one to me at no charge for testing and review and now I feel safe when people throw themselves on my hood - can't sue me, dudes! No remuneration, no review requirements. I truly believe and represent this is an excellent product.
