whats the difference between this and the MXR 10 band?

A

  • To my ears, they are the same. I own both, and side by side, the Andoer EQ exhibits a little bit more noise and hiss when your "gain/boost" lever is increased beyond maybe 80% or so, but at a unity gain level, they sound the same to me! Hope that helps.

Does anybody have any experience using this pedal with bass?

  • It works pretty well with bass. Don't drive the front end too hard. It can be hissy, so use a noise gate if you can.

Can this eq pedal be used with a bass guitar?

  • I use it with my electric guitar, but I understand it can be used with a bass and even with a keyboard. It range of tones is quite wide.

      Good sound... the only reason why I don't give 5 stars is because the lower band gets noisy if you take next to it limit. The rest works excelent.

      I love this Lil guy! A little fragile I feel but so far so good. It has a bright default sound to it but that's not a problem seeing as it's a 32 band EQ and you can simply tune it to your needs. Works great for my bass guitar and amp.
