    Fast and fun! Too fast for a pool. Has to hit full speed and plane out to make a tight turn. Can't do that in most pools. It's awesome!

    Great buy for 12 year old's first RC. Fast and responsiv with great range. Used in nearby retaining ponds with no problems.

    As a first time RC Boat buyer, I was reluctant to purchase something because of all the options. It seemed like the only boats worth buying were in the $150 range and I know what it's like to have an RC Plan crash after only 15 minutes of fun and didn't wan to lose out on a boat. Anyway, I came across this boat in a review and it seemed like everything I was after for a reasonable price so I gave it a shot. All I can say is....This thing is awesome. Worth every penny. It was a piece of cake to get going and my kid and I had tons of fun with it. My fiance even gave it a whirl and admitted that it was fun. My kid ran it head on in to a rock and I thought it would be wrecked but this tough thing just took it and kept going. It's really fast and turns on a dime. Plus it goes in reverse and self corrects if it capsizes. This boat will satisfy and I highly recommend it!!

    My boys are having a great time with this! It has only been in the water 3 times, so I'm not sure about durability yet. We will see. It has a good amount of power!

    Great boats for beginners my kids love them at the lake ! Water tight and easy rollover reset is a nice feature but buy extra batteries for longer play!

    My son has had a blast with his Venom RC Boat. Gets good distance and is quite fast once it planes on the water. The extra battery helps extend the time at the lake. Transmitter chirps when the battery is low (the boat is slow to respond to the commands during this time).

    We have played with this for several days. Can't beat the price for a boat like this. It rights itself easily which is a great bonus, no swimming after the boat. It also has good range. It does seem to leak water inside, but that doesn't seem to affect it.

    Fast, fun, easy to use. We use this on a pond and have several other of the same boats out racing. Batteries lose charge over short period of time sitting. Warning sound that battery is running low is a great feature!

    Great boat for the price, arrived in great time, great packaging. Boat will run fast and is easy to maneuver in ponds or pools. Kids as young as 6 played with it. But my 10 year old nephew was a pro. Reverse is a little difficult if you get your boat trapped in some pond reeds but other than that it is excellent.

    I bought this as a birthday present for my 13 year old son. We couldn't get him out of the pool all weekend! He loved how fast the boat would go. He could stand outside the pool and race it all the way across so it has a very good range and super-fast turns. He especially loved to back the boat up in front of me then kick it into gear spraying water in my face lol. I think this was his favorite gift.

    Bought this boat for my grandson's 5th birthday expecting that his Dad would have to help him operate it. NOT the case! He runs the remote himself and only requires very minimal supervision. The boat is great and runs fast. It is exactly as described in the detail and video.

    Fast easy purchase. Boat is perfect size. Goes fast enough to create its own small wake and turns on a dime allowing the boat to jump the wake. Remote control is very durable and much better quality than other boats we have owned in the past. Battery last approx.

    Really cool boat. Works as advertised, is very fast, and it turns on a dime. If capsized it can be easily uprighted per the instructions, but it is so stable it really can't be turned upside down while moving on the water. Tremendous range, approximately a football field I'd say. What is really (REALLY!!) nice is that the remote sounds a warning when the battery starts to run low, so you can get it back to shore in plenty of time to change out the battery.

    This boat is awesome! We recently moved across the street from a small lake and I thought this would be the perfect toy for myself and my 9 year old boy. The boat zips across the lake faster than we expected and also turns tighter than other boats we've seen. The only complaint I could possibly make is that once you start messing with the trim function, it can be hard to adjust it back to the standard out-of-the-box settings. I've already recommended this boat to several friends in the neighborhood and we've all been racing them and having fun together on the lake!

    Love this boat. My boyfriend and I just moved into a house directly on the lake. I bought him this for Christmas and he has had so much fun driving this around the lake as it goes pretty fast and far. The battery lasts a decent amount of time! Great find!

    Pretty good little boat. I gave this to my 10yr old son. He drives the heck out of it! It's pretty fast and easily flips itself correctly when overturned. Just make sure you leave the top off it after each use so it can air dry completely. And only plan about 10-12 minutes of high speed use per battery charge. It's held up well for several months of heavy use.
