I love the spread machine it lets you need the dough, I used it several times now to make my Easter bread and whatever those that I wanted to make, I actually have mine sitting on the counter and look for recipes and all the to make. My bread machine came with a printed manual. But it was shipped from Orchard Road, 18551 E. Arenth Ave., City of Industry, CA 91748. If you can contact that company they can probably send you a manual.

Bread machine, never thought about it after visiting my sister's house. she told me how easy to do. so I went home got me one in amazon. also since kids start school now, I want to make them fresh bread every other morning, it can be preset the time when u want the bread done. pretty easy to use, but first thing is to go over the manual, it also come with recipe book that give me idea. totally worth price.

Perfect bread every time! This bread machine is very solid and sturdy. It feels very well made and works great. My old bread machine was always very loud when making the bread but this is so quiet and does the job well! There are many different setting options and it's easy to navigate them and determine what setting to use depending on what I am making. Our. Read machine probably gets used 3-4 times a week so when I was ordering I was being pretty picky as O wanted a nice one that would last a long time. This one is perfect!!! Very happy with my decision.

This works well, and I love how lightweight it is! I can easily get it down from a cupboard when I want to use it, and haven't had any real complaints. I usually use 1.5 pound recipes for baking, but and 2 pound recipes for if I'm making a dough that I'll shape/bake outside of the bread machine. (I love using this for cinnamon rolls! making a large batch to freeze & have fresh pastries any morning I want. Its awesome!) The only other downside was that it didn't come with many recipes, but the book from my previous machine works well for this one. You may want to download some recipes or books for bread machines if you don't have one already. Oh, and for new users, you really do need the special bread flour when using a machine.

Oh my I love this Bread maker i been looking for this for a long time because I like to make my own bread Its a good thing I found this at amazon I can make my own bread. I try to make my own raisin bread today and it is so good easy to make a bread. There are a lot of choices and direction and recipe that you can do to make your own bread and you can program it. Im so happy to have this in our new home. I have no more words to say but I am happy making my own bread using this.

Just used the bread machine for the first time today. I had to convert the ml to cups but the bread turned out almost perfect. Just a little too moist. I guess I added to much water. The bread although a little moist was pretty good. The color of the crust was good, light brown, I did not adjust the machine for the crust. All in all I am well pleased with the bread machine.

I've been on the hunt for a good bread maker that makes other things also. My teenage daughter loves to cook and really wanted one. I wanted to get her one that she could use by herself. We decided to give this one a try. I LOVE all the options it comes with and how user friendly it is. I'm super happy with this bread maker. She loves the colors of it. Teal/sea green is my daughters favorite color so she naturally loved the color of this. the design is sleek and modern. I love how clear and easy the instructions are to use. I love that it's not just for bread. You can make rice, stir fry, jams, and yogurt. I love how easy it is to remove the mixing part and clean it. I recommend this bread maker.

The best fench bread I have ever tried... Is just simply perfect. I love waking up to homemade bread for my family every day. Is going to be my new addiction. It works great and so easyfor us beginners, comes with clear instructions and recipes for a few different types of bread, i want to try them all!

It's easy to use and not too heavy to move and store. I have had the machine for a few weeks and have used it to make 2 loaves of white bread and and 2 of whole wheat bread (50% whole wheat, 50% all-purpose white flour). The results are consistently good, although sometimes the bread rises more than other times, and I haven't yet figured out why. I will try some other recipes now that I have had success with the recipes that came with the machine. I have also used the "dough" cycle to make hamburger buns - way better than store-bought. BTW, the manual is obviously written by someone who is not a native speaker of English, but with a little effort you can understand what is meant.

This is an awesome bread machine! I have owned a bread machine since getting married 20 years ago. I use them often. This is the nicest looking one I have had. The outside is plastic, which makes it lighter and easier to clean than my others. It is definitely more modern looking than the ones I have had in the past. The directions are very clear and make this easy to use. The recipes were not that clear, but get yourself a good bread machine recipe book, or look up some recipes online. This has many different cycles, and can even make yogurt! You can make dough or french bread as well. This machine is very easy to use. I like how the baking bowl twists to lock in. On my old machine, you had to place it exactly correct and then push it in to lock it in. A few times I didn't' push it in enough, and it ruined the whole batch. I am very happy with this machine and recommend it to anyone.
