I have used the basket several times for quick trips to the grocery store. It will hold a gallon of milk and several odds and ends just fine. I have been surprised with how much you can actually fit in the basket since I seem to always come home with more stuff than I planned on getting when I left. The handles are comfortable and convenient to carry the basket even when full of heavy items. Installing was easy, but took some fiddling with the different spacers to find a combination that worked best with my handle bars. It would be nice if it were more adjustable rather than needing spacers. The only thing I don't really like is the design of the side ribs. These add needed stability to the basket to hold it open while you set it down to load or unload with two hands. However, the idea of a fabric basket is that you should be able to collapse it flat for storage. The basket won't collapse with the ribs in place, and they are a pain to remove once installed. So I end up just leaving them in, which means I never get the convenience of collapsing my basket to store in a drawer or on a crowded closet shelf or other smaller space. I will probably only pull them out for long term/winter storage.
