good and useful product! I carried an old daypack bought by my wife for years, and have been on the hunt for a decent hiking bag that would carry a lot of material.This backpack has been exactly what I was looking for. I've already taken in on many miles worth of trails. The only criticism I have is that the side pocket (where I usually store my water bottle) seems a little shallow for the large water bottle I am accustomed to carrying. I've never had a water bottle fall out yet (I cinch the side straps tight and they seem to do the job) but it feels a little more insecure than I'm used to.
