I always use it continuously, and it can work quite well. And there are three modes of lighting solution for this LED light. And the color brightness is quite stable, it seldom flashes. It is very easy to connect my camera by the hot shoe, quite stable. And the power consumption of this LED light is quite low, it is not much more I need to pay for me since I used it.
