In all honesty its very cheaply made and will not keep the water out, mine ripped after not long anyway. Wouldn't recommend.

Yes it is big enough to fit almost all motorcycles. .the ones that wont are the ones with eaiter bikes with 3wheels or you have lots of cargo space on the bike but for the Honda most definitely

It will fit over it but won't completely cover the wheels. Note that it is not 100% waterproof however

I have the XL on my little Kymco150 cc scooter. My scooter has a windshield and a back mounted cargo trunk. The XL fits nicely over all of the that and is not too small. So, I suspect that it would fit well on your Honda CBR (with perhaps some extra "wiggle room").

Yes. I have a scooter of similar size and it easily fits over my moped. However, my moped does not have a rear storage component, but I believe it would still fit even with the storage component.

I dont know the dimensions but I hace a big touring motorcycle like Honda transalp or suzuki vstorm with saddle and tail bags and the cover fits perfectly

I have a farely large scooter I feel that bike is a bit bigger than my scooter but not by much. Plus my XL cover is pretty loose on my bike but yet doesn't budge. I think it should be fine for your bike.
