Bottomline: I don't have any experience with other micro sim adapters so for all I know this one could be horrible compared to the others but it worked for me. Since the sim card is difficult to keep in the adapter even when you're not trying to put it into the phone it took a bit of trial and error to figure out a way to get it in and for the sim to stay in place. The sim card stayed in the adapter securely in the phone and worked perfectly.
